Why is MRP unique? It's tailored training on understanding the process of military transitioning to different locations as they are assigned new active duty bases and their retirement process. It's an official certification of National Association of REALTORS®.
Was there any coursework requirement? All Military Relocation Professionals must complete comprehensive coursework in the following areas VA Financing, Military Benefits, BAH Rates, VA Loan Limits and more.
Do you have to be a REALTOR® to get this designation? Yes, only members of the National Association of REALTORS® are able to obtain this certification.
How many agents hold this certification? Less than 1% of REALTORS throughout the country hold this designation.
