Complete 60 Hours of Pre-Licensing education and pass the final course exam.
Pass the National and State PSI Exam and get fingerprinted at the testing location.
Affiliate with a broker (like KW United) and apply for your license within 45 days of fingerprinting.

- Certificate of Good Standing (from VA/DC)
- Send Letter to MD Real Estate Commission
- Pass MD State Portion of PSI Exam
DC Reciprocity
- Certificate of Good Standing (from VA/MD)
- Study DC Real Estate Laws
- Pass DC State Portion of PSI Exam
