How does the 35% off discount work? Once you select the home buying plan, the credit is received at closing for the selling side only. The fees paid to the selling (buyer's) agent are not apart of the discount.

If you selected the Onyx package:

• The listing brokerage commission is 3.5% of the sales price.
• The sales price x the listing brokerage commission fee = total listing side commission only.
• Total listing side commission x 35% off = the amount of credit you will receive on your home selling closing costs in the form of a credit.
  
  

If the sales price of the home was $400,000 with the Onyx Package, here's the breakdown:

• $400,000 x 3.5% = $14,000
• $14,000 x 35% discount = $4,900
