Helping Woodbridge Homeowners Move Forward—One Sale at a Time
Selling your home is personal. The price matters, but so do the decisions along the way: preparing the property, understanding buyer feedback, comparing offers, and deciding which terms work for you.
I’m ReShawna Leaven, REALTOR® with KW United. My seller experience in Woodbridge includes homes in Dale City, Potomac Club, Port Potomac, Old Bridge Estates, Firwood Manor, Kelley Farm, Georgetown Village, and Devils Reach Condos.
These 10 sales represent $3,723,900 in closed sale prices, with individual sales ranging from $115,000 to $730,000. Behind those numbers are different homes, different negotiations, and different paths to closing.
Two Homes That Sold Above Their Listed Prices
At 2872 Gloucester Court in Georgetown Village, I represented the sellers of a three-bedroom home listed at $335,000. It sold for $345,000—$10,000 above the listed price—with six days on market.
At 14194 Mapledale Avenue in Dale City, a four-bedroom home listed at $262,500 sold for $265,000, with nine days on market. The transaction also included $7,614.28 in seller concessions.
Those details matter together. A sale price tells part of the story; concessions and other contract terms help explain what the offer means for the seller.
Experience Selling in Potomac Club
My Woodbridge experience includes two seller transactions in Potomac Club.
At 2521 Eastbourne Drive #247, the home sold for its listed price of $264,900, with 52 days on market and $3,000 in seller concessions.
At 15207 Torbay Way, the home was listed at $349,500 and sold for $345,000, with 34 days on market and no reported seller concessions.
Even within the same community, sales can follow different paths. I help sellers look at the full offer and make informed decisions about price and terms.
Helping Sellers Navigate Larger Home Sales
At 15504 Kelley Farm Court, I represented the sellers of a five-bedroom home that sold for its listed price of $615,000, with 15 days on market and $10,000 in seller concessions.
At 3901 Leaf Lawn Lane in Firwood Manor, a five-bedroom home listed at $740,000 sold for $730,000, with 28 days on market and $1,000 in seller concessions.
At 16368 Admeasure Circle in Port Potomac, another five-bedroom home sold for $520,000 against a listed price of $529,500, with 20 days on market and no reported seller concessions.
These transactions reflect experience across several Woodbridge neighborhoods and price points—not a promise that every home will follow the same timeline.
A Sale Does Not Have to Be Fast to Matter
Some properties require a longer path to closing.
At 1738 Grover Glen Court #145 in Devils Reach Condos, the home sold for $115,000 after 130 days on market, with $5,000 in seller concessions.
That sale belongs in my story, too. My experience includes transactions that moved quickly and those that took more time. Sellers deserve clear guidance through both.
Additional seller transactions include 5835 Ruxton Drive in Dale City, which sold for its listed price of $249,000, and 12949 Freestone Court in Old Bridge Estates, which sold for its listed price of $275,000.
What Will Your Woodbridge Selling Story Look Like?
Your home has its own condition, competition, and selling timeline. Your next move deserves a plan that takes all three into account.
Whether you are moving to a larger home, downsizing, or relocating, we can start with a conversation about:
-
What comparable homes mean for your pricing decisions.
-
Which preparations deserve your time and money.
-
How to evaluate offers beyond the headline price.
-
How your sale fits into your next move.
